Homeowners slow to adopt energy efficiency

Research by Lauren Christie into why New Zealand homeowners are reluctant to adopt energy efficient technologies has made some interesting discoveries.

The findings suggested that homeowners perceived financial, functional and social risks in the adoption of new technologies. Read more.

Waste Minimisation Fund

New funding for waste minimisation projects will be available 1 May–19 June.

The Waste Minimisation Act 2008 aims to reduce the amount of waste generated and to encourage better use and recycling. Read more.
